Lump behind ear

I have a pain in ear and there is swelling in the bone right behind the ear. There is also a lumb right under the bone behind the ear and also one on the neck behind the ear. The lump on the neck doesn't hurt but the one beneath the ear does also the swelling also hurts. I have eczema in my scalp. Kindly suggest.

Hello, attach pic .not got u.ok. For pain, Tab zerodol sp two times a day after food for three to five days. Tab CIPROFLOXACILLINE 500 three times a day for five days. What ever it decrease pain n INFLAMMATION.ok.
