I have observed a lump at the back of my neck it is soft and moves with slight pressure of finger. Is anything to worry or what medication can be used to treat it.

Hello, Got your problem. for this problem please don't go for online consultation, you will need proper clinical examination for same. it must be lipoma. I would suggest you consult nearest maxillofacial surgeon and get treatment done.
