As per my understanding, some people face problems during periods. I want to know if there is something that can be done for lower Abdominal pain, which I get during my periods. When I start working, would it be problem or is there any precautions to be taken.

Appilng of Luke warm water pad in lower abdomen will give some relief . Take tab Meftal spasm during heavy pain .
