Low lying placenta

I am 20 weeks pregnant due for Anomaly scan  day after tomorrow. i had low lying placenta at 13 week scan  and was told that it has resolved  at around 16 weeks by physical examination by my gynaecologist. right now, whenever I sit on chair, or have to bend briefly, I feel a pressure at my previous Csection line, like a band.. not painful, but I have to lie down, then slowly it goes away. i cannot sit for more than 45 minutes or so.. is it a normal occurance or could it be due to unresolved low lying placenta ?

Low lying placenta cannot be diagnosed by physical exam Usually resolves by 16 weeks But more chances it may remain low lying due to previous caessaren  Will become clear In the next scan Pain is not because of placenta
