  3. Low grade fever. Liver condition or not?

Low grade fever

I am having a low grade fever almost everyday for a long time. Generally The fever is not more than 100 degree. But sometimes it reaches up to 102. Just to mention that I have advanced liver fibrosis. So I am just curious, is the fever somehow related to my liver condition or not? Please suggest me a medicine.
