Low AFI at 34 weeks

Placenta is grade 2 mature, AFI is 10 cm, fetal age is 31 weeks as per USG whereas the gestational age is 34 weeks 5 days. Is it normal? What can be the cause for delayed fetal maturity , advanced placental maturity and lower AFI?

Hello mam May be​because of bad history of your mensturals or may be sedentary life style or may be​ too much of processed food.... I would suggest you to go on healthy diet i.e., unprocessed foods And Bit of physical exercise is recommended U can go through article on maida You'll have a better picture food you have Have a great time ahead
