Lot of lipomas
Hi,
I have been facing lot of lipomas in hand but from few days i am seeing one small 1cm structure near my ears as marked in pic. Can it be removed? Sometimes when in stress i can feel it in pressure. Thats when i realised it.

Lipom doesn't require surgery unless it causes problem.
The picture about your ear is somewhat unclear ...the small swelling which are talking may b lymphnode mostly.
So your image requre more clarity.
