Hi i m 31 yrs old n weight is 90kg, i want to reduce the weight and fat as well, please suggest as I'm planning to take green coffee now

Not sure how tall you are, but if this weight gain is gradually you need rigorous physical training apart from diet since your r too young to be obese! Secondly incase u r weight gain is sudden we need to check few biochemical tests and take a plan for exercise diet and lifestyle modification
