My father, age 70 has been diagnosed with early stage of liver cirrhosis. The report also showed a little bit of enlarged prostrate gland. Pancreas is also a bit enlarged. Liver has also been diagnosed to contain water(i don't know what that meant). Please suggest the best treatment. My father drinks 200ml of alcohol daily. But after the diagnosis he has stopped drinking. I have attached the LFT report. Please suggest the best institute for Gastroenterology in india.
