Hello, my abdominal pain starts 6 months before ,and weight loss also ,pain is very sharp between both ribs after eating then my doctor recommend ultrasound and endoscopy but both result are normal.but 2 before 3 days my blood report shows high bilirubin direct 0.51 and high bilirubin total 1.41. So what can I do .this is serious problem and this cause weight loss.

Hello, I went through query, it would have been better if you have attached whole lft report. Even though there is slight rise In bilirubin but which is not enough to cause significant weight loss. Cause for raise in lft should be ruled out, please consult a gastroenterologist for further workup.
