I am 33 years old female,What is liver enlarged, my report says in CT scan liver appear enlarged (20cm craniocaudal),hepatomegaly with beevor tail liver.is any thing serious it is curable or not

liver may get swelling due to infection. blood test like sgpt, sgot will be more suggestive. in early stage it just a condition and its curable. plz give more details for proper suggetion
