Lipomas on both hands
I have lipomas on both my hand.i want to remove those unwanted lipoma tumors and are looking very annoying. What is treatment for lipomas in Ayurveda. Pls guide

If Lipomas are small less than 4 to 5 cm can be managed by Ayurveda medicines and Panchakarma.
Medicines like Kanchanara Guggulu Vriddhibahika vati, Triphala Choorna etc are given . Pachakarma treatments virechana udwartana also useful in curing the problem

Lipomas are due to vata sanchay in body.
You need to go for vatahara chikitsa.
It will be lengthy procedure comprising several panchakarma sessions.
See a good Ayurveda practitioner. Though i must tell you surgical removal is also an option.
After removal you should take panchakarma sessions to avoid reoccurrence.
Home remedy can be udvartanam ( massage by dry medicated powders) but better go for that under supervision.
Have desi ghee in your diet. Make sure you don't have constipation.
