I have a lipoma in one of my breasts as it was found through an ultrasound, I just wanted to know can this cause pain my the breast that it's in and also my armpit next to that breast with the lipoma in it, also does it cause a rash and swelling of my breast also swollen lymph nodes and hardening tissue!? Pls help me ASAP as I don't know if this is it or if it could be something else

How do you know its a lipoma? Did you get any FNAC or biopsy done? It may but usually does not cause pain. Please consult for any further advise
