Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy

Hello, My brother is suffering from limb girdle muscular dystrophy. Me & my family did whatever we can do but there were no any assurance in the treatment for him to make his life flexible as the progression of weakness of muscles raising difficulties in the mobile activities of body in our daily routine activities. Please suggest the medication or treatment.
