Lightheadedness for the past 5 days

Since Friday last week I've been feeling lightheaded, with occasional sharp pains in my head. Lack of energy, feeling very sleepy from 8pm onward, neck and back pains. Occasionally sweaty palms and ears popping. My doctor doesn't have any available appointments until next Tuesday and then I'll have to wait even longer to get a blood test done..
