I have been experiencing extreme lightheadedness as well as blackouts. sometimes when I am at rest, I can feel my heart beat faster and it pounds hard. at times extreme pain on my right temple. unable to differentiate between dream and reality after waking up at times.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Tab. Neruobion forte once a day after food for a month.  Tab.
