Light pain in left side of chest.

Since two day I am having light chest pain.its not continuous. Its like every after 8_10 hours dull pain concentrating on one particular area (not spreading). I visit doctor.they did ECG and gave me some antacid.but now again am getting same feeling.

ECG was normal. It could be due to gastritis Avoid oily n spicy food Tab pan 40 mg twice daily and syr mucaine 2 TSF three times after food
