Asked for Male, 33 Years

My wife had her last period on the 12th of April . On the 5th of May my wife had spotting and we did the pregnancy test and it came positive. We did the diabetes and thyroid test and everything is normal. My wife is now on the 6th week of pregnancy But yesterday and today my wife had a very light brown discharge. Please provide me your guidance as I am a little worried 🙏
