Hello my friend based on the history you have given I think you should know that there are many reasons for your problem... According to the reports attached you have severe anemia I.e low haemoglobin and thrombocytopenia I.e low platelet count... I suggest you to consult nearest physician for clinical examination and for lab investigations to find the cause for anemia and thrombocytopenia..consult them they will do the needful.
