I am thalassemia major patient required frequently require fortnight blood transfusion.but i have an leg ulcer (wound)not healing what should i do ? I am doing using jelonet dressing in ulcer any other consultation pleass refer ?

Need to get an overall diabetic profile done (fbg, ppbg, hb1ac) together with a color doppler study of both the limbs to identify a pathology, if any.
