My mom is 48 years old.At times her legs are absolutey fine.But at times she gets an attack and she cant walk also.She is having vaat in her legs.But when i touch her legs nothing is seen upside but her legs are paining too much from inside.At times she cant walk up to go to washroom also.What can be the possible and preventive remedy for such case ??? Please help.

Hello... It could be muscle spasm ... Take her to doctor once ....serum electrolyte assay is useful in this condition ... To know whether she is hypocalcemic or hypokalemic ,severe spasm of hamstring muscle causes unbearable pain....take her to general physician in nearest hospital.
