Leg cramps while on duphaston

I have taken hmg injection and HCG 5000 trigger injection. Now on duphaston 10mg from 5 days. Experiencing tiredness and leg cramps. most cramp is on left leg. Is it symptom of upcoming periods or its early symptoms of pregrancy. My last LMP was on 4th January Please help
