  3. Left varicocele. This and fertility?

Hi Team, My frnd age is 31 and from last 6 years he is trying for kids, and yesterday he went for Ultra sound scan of scrotium/testis. And report is saying Left varicocele. If this is the issue we have any medication or we need to go under surgery and is there any link between this and fertility?
