Left side chest pain

There is left side pain in the chest most of the time 15 days back have done the TMT which wad normal. I have done the TMT due to this pain.  I have a smoking issue also please suggest me what should I do as pain radiate into left hand. Also I have gastric issue.

left sided chest pain should be dealt with carefully as your tmt is normal you should consult a gastroenterologist and also get a chest x Ray to rule out musculoskeletal causes of pain regular cardiac follow up and if perssistant pain continues please consult a cardiologist for angiography consideration
