Left side body  pain

Since 1 1/2 weeks i have been experiencing pain in my upper thigh, left leg, then left pelvic bone, left upper back then spreads to complete left leg and then complete left side of the body, including mild teeth pain, nose irritation  and head ache in the left side of the body. Please help.
