I am an employee with desk job. Seated most of the time. I have pain around my left knee when I stand up after sitting for long from past 2 months. It will take a while for me to walk normal. Now a days while walking or while climbing down the stairs I feel some sort of pressure in the muscle around my knee. But if I keep my legs stretched I don't feel this pain.
