Learning and remembering problem

I'm 21 yrs old female for past 3 yrs I'm facing problems in learning and remembering things. I have difficulty in remembering faces and names and even words. I have also developed a stutter wand it's like I have forgotten how to pronounce various words. Before I wasn't very intelligent but I was an average student. I do not consume alcohol or drugs
