My period is late by 5 days. My last period was 8th-12th december. Today is 12th jan.  I dont have any other health problems that I know of. I was sexually active on one week after my ovulation.I have checked with two pregnancy tests and it came back negative. I have had this problem previous year too and the gynae gave me some medicine related to hormonal imbalance. What should I take to induce periods?

Hi, At this moment nothing is required. We should wait and watch for the cycle to come. Cycles are not always fix but vary from time to time. You might require pills but as I said for the moment we should wait for a week at least. Please follow up after a week with pregnancy test if the period doesn’t resumes.
