Late period and stomach pains

My period is 2 weeks late, I have done a pregnancy test and I am not pregnant. I have been suffering with nausea for the last week and for the last 2 weeks I have been suffering with stomach cramps which have developed more into sharp burst of pain. I have done several pregnancy tests so this is definitely not the issue.
