I felt my tongue due to large and salivia not secreted regularly .am consult dentist. Doctor says vitamin deficiency. I took vitamin tablet.but 3 days feel free.but just be back.

Every day morning after brush use 2 to 3 spoonful of coconut oil for mouth wash and after five min.  Spit it out.  Then wash mouth with hot water. Continue the same for 30 days
