Koch's Infection treatment cost

About a month ago, I've been diagnosed with Koch's Infection in right hip joint. Private orthopaedic doctor prescribed following - R-Cinex 600 / Pyzina 750 / Combutol 1000 / Benadon 40 It all costs ~ ₹1200-₹1500 per month I've heard about free/less costly Govt aided treatment. Is it really available in Mumbai(near Santacruz)? If yes then where? Will these Govt. Hospitals/Chemists give me medicines based on my private doctor's prescription? Or I have to do all the tests again in govt hospital?

Please Consult nearby governments hospital in person with all your reports, current medicine names They will start anti tuberculosis treatment for free No tests are required at government hospital
