Renal stone cause urinary tract infection so they started prophylaxis antibiotics. For renal stone if lessthan 5mm . You simple needed to take more water 3-4litter per day And some oral medication And need to know which type of stone u got. For that we need to do some blood routine . And dietary modification

Please don’t go for Amikacin injections.. this antibiotics has lot of side effects. If you have burning ruination associated with fever or chills you can go for urine specific antibiotics. For 6 mm stone better you drink lot of water , take painkillers only . If symptoms persist go for operative .
