Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can use a permethrin containing soap like scablice soap by mankind brand. Apply the soap all over the body including scalp and keep for 5 minutes and then wash off. Consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
