I have fissure for last 3 months.  Doctor examined and said the cut is only 2mm. I have no sentinel tag. Only cut inside. Can ksharsutra be performed without sentinel tag?

Hello Sir, There is NO need for Ksharsutra in this case. It would have been useful for us if you have mentioned about the medicines that you are having. However, I'm prescribing some Ayurvedic Medicines though, which would be helpful for a speedy recovery. * अर्शोघ्नी वटी - 2 tablets twice a day. * अभयारिष्ट & द्राक्षासव - 4 teaspoon twice a day with equal amount of water - twice a day - 15-20 mins after meals. * जात्यादि तैल - for local application * बोलबद्ध रस - 1 tablet twice a day. (If bleeding or blood stains.) Take care of these things, - Eat freshly cooked food. - Consume fiber rich diet. - Avoid constipation and Straining. - Avoid stale/fermented food. - Maintain personal hygiene. We also provide a trial pack of our own preparation of Ayurvedic Medicines, on discounted rates. Contact for more details and queries if any. Get well soon...!
