I'm 19 now. I drink milk since my childhood. But since 1-2 years I'm taking alot of milk. But bones are very weak. Please see the picture of my face. Jaw Area beside eyes is shrinking. When I touch there, I feel something is abnormal there. Earlier it was not like this. It was straight earlier. How can I reverse this??
