Do we feel cheeks sensation and jaw pain in anxiety And repeated burping If yes then why I feel numbness or sensations in my cheeks and pain in my jaws and back Jaw pain Teeth pain Numbness in cheeks and weird sensations Chest heaviness And left arm heaviness

Yes that could be symptoms of anxiety,need detailed history to reach to conclusion. As in anxiety physical symptoms could be there. Do check your Vit B12 and Vit D3 and TSH too.
