I had my FET on 30 March 2020. Today my betta hcg came today  and it is 2186 . Can I expect twins? There is increase body heat . Should I be worried about it.

Its difficult to predict just by your blood investigations, you will need to get a usg scan done to look for two gestational sacs in it. Regarding the increased body heat, it could be fever, kindly check your temperature and get back with a detailed history. Regards Dr EMMANUEL MJ MD
