Ivf symptoms disappeared

Today is 14 day of my embryo transfer my doctor told me come after two day for beta HCG but after 9 days of embryo transfer my symptoms slowly disappears, today I feeling nothing, is this indicate failure of ivf cycle, because I was feeling soreness of Breast, tiredness, cramp,but slowly all symptoms disappeared
