My baby have itching in body daily but there is no prickles rashes or any bumps,her skin is healthy and clear I also put Dettol in water when she baths please suggest me should I apply any kind of lotion or powder

Hi Looks like she has dry skin..u can use moisturizing lotion and Calamine or Atarax lotion for ithcing
