I feel for itching on my testicals & surrounding area near penis...When i scratch it, it becomes red rashes & keeps on paining too much...Not able to free myself from itching feeling mostly in night..Also, sometimes i masturbate, When i do the sperm remains in my undergarment only for sometime uptill i take bath..Kindly please Resolve this issue.
