For past 10 month I am having period just for a day dat too very less. Had consulted few gyanae after all imp test and the result is normal . they just prescribed ashokarist . But still the problem persist.. Need help

Hello.. Well it's better if you share with me all the reports which you sat are normal...i suggest you to avoid any sort of stress,check your sugars and thyroid levels.  ..you also need to follow diet and try to reduce weight...its better you go for follow up...thank you
