I am not married I usually get my periods in 19th day from 7th day of last period and in 1st day no bleeding only spotting occur it's normal

Generally normal menstrual days can be vary 7 days on either side of expected date of menstruation that is if you expect it on 7th of any month it can occur on 1st or 14th
