20 years old I had my periods on 1st december and it was normal like all other months but on 16th i masturbated and from 17th onwords i started bleeding again and m having abdominal pain and headache as well Please help me out !

Hello.. Well how long did the bleeding happen and was it the same like menstrual bleeding...Like it's continuing or no..Its quite possible that you would have hurt yourself while mastrubating. Which has caused it...Meet. A gynecologist..Thank you
