I had severe fever a few days back it started in the midnight so I just took 2 dolo 650 and suddenly my stomach started paining and doctor gave me a few antibiotics and syrup and it stopped for one day and again the second day evening it has started I am feeling scared if it is dengue so please help me

Hi As you are already on antibiotics and medicine for fever , take antacid along with as antibiotics cause gastritis. Your complaint of pain abdomen is non specific in history to rule out cause .
