Sir im 21 yrs old . i maintain my body neatly . ibath daily but since last six months im ditrubed with a problem. i m regularly find a small insect . which is crawling near my penis andcasuing itchy feel. how may times i destroy them they keep coming and they are catching my skin very hardly.when i kill them i find bood coming from it please help
