He got injured in toe.. and infected .so I dressing with bitadine oitment.. because of this injury he feels weakness and minor temperature. Is that any worry? Is that any covid19 symptoms? Please suggest what should I do?

Temperature can be because of the infected wound as well COVID also . If temperature persists even after antibiotics get tested for COVID as it doesn’t respond to antibiotics
