I have been noticing that while urinating i feel a pain nd sometimes a cloudy smell is thr in urination. After urinating i feel a bit uncomfortable in my lower part

This could be because of lower urinary tract infection commonly. It's better to have a urine analysis ( routine and microbiology ) for further evaluation of the problem. If any bacteriological colonization is found then a simple antibiotic course of 3 to 5 days can relieve the condition.
