My mother wants to buy something known as jade mat,which is essentially a infrared heating pad(heats tissues within an inch, expanding blood vessels and increasing bloodflow). She plans to buy this for general health as well as knee pain. Improvements however have been noticed by many people in the friend circle. My question is "Are there any side effects with, usage of such technology?" long term or short
