Inflammation in finger after cut

Today in the morning I got a cut on my ring finger of my right hand. the cut was from piece of broken tea cup. a lot of blood came after the cut, but once the blood stopped, the area from that time has become swollen. mild pain is also there.the cut wasnt that deep though but still a lot of blood came. the swelling is still there. please help. I'm attaching photo of my finger
