I took follicular studay scan for my 2nd infertility and I got andexae.. Left simple paraovarian cyst/ hydrosalpinx measuring 1.2×0.9cm is this mean my tubes are blocked I have 1 baby girl Iam trying for 2nd baby what I have to do can I get preganant naturally
